In 1975 Frank Mariani opened a small shop in Melbourne and started packing nuts by hand. Five decades later his son Mark runs the business — and we still pack every bag the same way.
The almonds in this bag are grown in South Australia. We buy direct from the family farms we've worked with for years and they arrive at our facility in Melbourne to be roasted and packed.
Three steps: roast, salt, hand-pack. Done the way we've done them for fifty years.
